James A. Robertson, Chair of the firm’s Healthcare practice, will be on the faculty for Withum’s Healthcare Symposium 2025, a virtual event scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 11:00am – 3:00pm.

This year’s event will feature insights from healthcare industry experts on key topics impacting healthcare organizations, including the presidential election, competition in the marketplace, private equity, financial and legal considerations, innovative technology advancements, and more.

The keynote address, to be delivered by Warren Geller, President and CEO of Englewood Health, will address a number of current topics, issues, and challenges in today’s healthcare landscape.  Jim will moderate a healthcare system update including mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations – the session will identify practical considerations and offer recommendations and best practices, including analyzing OBBBA ramifications.  Additional panels will focus on healthcare sector finance and healthcare private equity.
