Joseph A. Natale, an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice, will be sworn in as Treasurer of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD) at the NJSBA’s 2026 Annual Meeting & Convention, which will be held at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City on May 13-15, 2026.
Joe currently serves as Secretary on the YLD’s Executive Committee, co-chairs its Membership Committee, and is Assistant Editor of the YLD’s Dictum newsletter. He is a fellow of the NJSBA’s 2024-2025 Leadership Academy, one of twenty-one attorneys statewide to be chosen to participate in this prestigious and highly selective program. He is also a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association, where he co-chairs the Construction & Surety Committee, and a member of the Essex County Bar Association.
Joe maintains a diverse litigation practice, representing clients in a wide array of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, and unfair competition claims. Additionally, he provides strategic advocacy in the sensitive area of "business divorces," handling shareholder and partnership disputes that involve allegations of minority shareholder oppression, misappropriation, conversion, and breach of fiduciary duty. Joe also defends professional liability actions, including high stakes claims of legal malpractice.
