Partner Robert Beckelman is scheduled to lecture at an upcoming seminar on “New Jersey Professional Land Surveying Law,” The program will be presented by HalfMoon Education Inc. on December 13, 2013 at the Holiday Inn in Somerset, NJ.

Mr. Beckelman, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, will focus his presentation on “Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law.” He handles land use, zoning, commercial and civil litigation in Superior Court matters as well as appearances before various boards, governing bodies and agencies, with an emphasis on redevelopment projects, eminent domain, and affordable housing. He also engages in related compliance and transactional work and contract negotiations. Mr. Beckelman’s experience encompasses civil and commercial litigation, environmental litigation and compliance, code enforcement issues, local government laws, procurements, and municipal court matters.
