Our strength is in our differences.

Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis is committed to continually strengthening diversity and inclusiveness within our firm, striving for a workforce that is reflective of our clients, our community, and our culture as a whole. We welcome people into our ranks based upon their abilities and qualifications, and regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, religion, disability, marital status or sexual orientation.

We embrace equal opportunity as a core value because it’s the right thing to do, but also because the collective attributes of individuals from diverse backgrounds, with different perspectives, enriches our firm. A diversity of viewpoints and approaches to problem solving enable us to more effectively serve our clients. We also believe that this blending of cultures and personal experiences lends depth to the character of the firm at large, which ultimately benefits our clients as well.

Throughout the years, the firm has proactively recruited through minority job fairs and student groups such as the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, the Black Law Students Association, and the Latin American Law Students Association. We were a founding member of the New Jersey Law Firm Group, a non-profit organization assisting minority students attending Seton Hall and Rutgers Law Schools in obtaining employment.

The firm has historically supported and encouraged our attorneys to participate in professional associations established to advance the progress and development of women and minorities, both within and beyond the legal industry. These have included the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, the Hispanic Bar Association, the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association Women in the Profession Section, CREW Network, Executive Women of New Jersey, and the Financial Women’s Association.

Here on the home front, we established the firm’s Women’s Leadership Forum to support and mentor the advancement of professional women through educational and networking opportunities.

Equal Opportunity is a Core Value

Our corporate culture is one of inclusion, with the goal of serving our clients' interests by tapping the insight, perspective and judgment of a diverse workforce.
