Being a family lawyer is both challenging and rewarding.  It requires knowledge of many complex areas of law, along with the interpersonal skills to get people through one of the more trying times in their lives.  It’s so important to balance providing quality legal representation with considering and accommodating the non-legal and intangible aspects of divorce.

Ms. Bronson devotes her practice to handling complex matrimonial matters, including divorce, custody, alimony and child support, prenuptial agreements, mediation, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and post judgment matters. Over the course of her 25 years in family law practice, Ms. Bronson has developed a sophisticated understanding and knowledge of financial matters, including those related to privately held businesses, complex valuation matters, corporate benefits (stock options, restricted stock, deferred benefit plans, and retirement benefits) as well as support related issues.

Recognized for her ability to draft precise and detailed agreements, Ms. Bronson is often called upon to assist in the negotiation and drafting documents including property settlement and support agreements, custody and parenting agreements, premarital agreements and cohabitation agreements.
