My practice is grounded by geology and environmental science, and my belief is that collaboration and common cause are the cornerstones of successful resolutions. Diversity of thought and approach ensures the creation of pragmatic, curated solutions for any situation.
Mr. Kellermeyer concentrates his practice in environmental law. His experience includes the representation of clients in the cleanup of contaminated properties and brownfields and providing counsel regarding land use issues and compliance with various environmental statutes and regulatory requirements. He has also assisted in the representation of clients in toxic tort litigation against the manufacturers of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kellermeyer served as a regulatory officer at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, where he gained valuable experience related to the state's regulatory framework covering environmental issues.

Activities & Experience
- While attending law school, Mr. Kellermeyer worked under a New York State practice order as a legal intern for Pace's Environmental Litigation Clinic with supervising attorneys to take on environmental matters in New York.
- As a legal intern with the Environmental Law and Justice Project, his tasks encompassed researching tenant's rights, construction law, urban hydrology, soil toxicity, and attending regular meetings with NYC Housing Authority residents and staff.
