Jack Fersko, co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, will be a panelist at the 5th Annual Commercial Real Estate Forecast Conference. The program, presented by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal, will take place on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 8:00am – 12:00pm at the APA Hotel Woodbridge.
This year’s conference will highlight three panels of industry leaders representing the New Jersey commercial real estate market. These panels will cover the state of the industry, leasing activities, financing and investing in the industrial, office, retail and multi-family markets. Topics to be addressed include emerging trends, urban vs. suburban markets, vacancy rates as well as highlights of specific development projects under construction and/or recently completed in the greater New Jersey area.
Mr. Fersko’s practice reflects his extensive experience as a commercial real estate and general business lawyer. His legal services emphasize industrial and commercial real estate activities, with a particular focus on industrial leasing, project financing, sustainable development and alternative energy initiatives, urban redevelopment, the cannabis industry in New Jersey, and the impact of environmental laws on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and redevelopment of environmentally contaminated sites.
