Meryl A.G. Gonchar, co-chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be a panelist at the full-day 2016 Land Use Update, to be presented on March 23, 2016 from 9:00am – 4:00pm.  The program is sponsored by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.

The Land Use Update program has long been regarded as the definitive source for current information about New Jersey Land Use practice. The faculty for this program includes the leading NJ-based attorneys in this field.  Panelists address a broad range of issues, including 

Ms. Gonchar's practice encompasses all aspects of land use, zoning and related litigation. She represents property owners and developers in appearances before planning and zoning boards throughout the state, in connection with obtaining land use approvals and permits for residential, retail, office, industrial and mixed use projects. She also represents clients in land use, condemnation and related litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey, including prerogative writ litigation. Ms. Gonchar’s diversified experience enables her to provide clients with continuity throughout the often long and complicated land development process. She assists clients throughout the entire life cycle of a development project; due diligence, acquisition, approvals and permitting, financing, leasing and/or sale.
