Greenbaum partner Robert B. Hille will lecture at a full day presentation on “AI in Healthcare,” which will be presented on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 9:00am – 3:45pm. The program will be hosted by the New Jersey Hospital Association (NJHA) and will be held at the NJHA Conference Center in Princeton.
This program has been designed to equip healthcare professionals, including executives, governance, legal experts, and compliance officers, with a clear and practical understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare. It will address key gaps in knowledge, governance, and risk management related to AI adoption in both clinical and operational settings. Attendees will gain insights into current and emerging applications in healthcare, receive guidance on regulatory and legal considerations, and learn about strategies for governance, vendor management, and ethical implementation.
Bob will participate in a panel discussion on “The Potential Downsides of AI - Ethics, Bias, Discrimination, and Liability,” which will explore the various risks and failure points associated with the use of AI in healthcare. The panel will address potential legal liabilities for AI users and provide strategies for identifying, mitigating, and managing risk.
Bob focuses his practice in litigation with a particular emphasis on trial advocacy. His areas of concentration include insurance, healthcare law, professional liability and ethics, and white-collar criminal matters, including those related to professional ethics. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and lectures frequently on issues related to attorney ethics and professional liability.
