Christine F. Li will serve as moderator and Caroline Record as a presenter for the “Community Association Conference 2025,” to be held at the New Jersey Law Center on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The full-day program, presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, will also be available for online viewing.

This popular seminar is being offered by NJICLE for the 15th consecutive year, featuring a panel of distinguished community association practitioners and consultants who will analyze key issues faced today by community associations and their boards. The discussion will focus on developments impacting the community association practice and the legal profession in general.   

Caroline will be a co-presenter for a session including a legislative and case law update, a discussion of liability expanding mechanisms, and more. Other issues on the program agenda include:
