Greenbaum partner Robert B. Hille will serve as moderator for the program “Ethics Proceedings from Interview to Hearing,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 9:00am – 12:00pm at the New Jersey Law Center. The presentation will also be available for online viewing.

This program will address the attorney grievance and disciplinary process in New Jersey, examining the ethical issues presented at each stage – from the filing of a grievance and investigation process to hearings before ethics committees, review by the Disciplinary Review Board, and appeals to the Supreme Court of New Jersey. The panel will provide practical insight into the rules, procedures, evidentiary considerations, and constitutional issues that shape ethics proceedings in New Jersey

Bob is a civil and criminal trial attorney who represents clients in litigation in state and federal courts, and before federal and state administrative boards and agencies. His areas of concentration include professional liability defense, disputes involving healthcare providers, insurance coverage matters, white-collar criminal defense, regulatory issues, and legal issues associated with the use of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) as they related to professional ethics.
