9:00am – 3:30pm

Joseph A. Natale, an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Healthcare, Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use practices, will be a panelist for the presentation “What I Wish I Knew: Guidance for New Lawyers” on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 9:00am – 3:30pm. The program, hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD), will be held at the New Jersey Law Center and will also be available for online viewing.

This practical program is designed to help early-career lawyers navigate the legal field with confidence. Attendees will gain insight into building a professional identity, common ethical violations and how to avoid them, and professionalism and etiquette advice for the courtroom and beyond. In addition, the program will provide candid insight into the expectations of law firm partners when it comes to working with new associates.

Joe concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. He is active in the state bar’s Young Lawyers Division, currently serving as YLD Secretary, as membership committee co-chair, and as assistant editor of the YLD’s Dictum Newsletter.
