Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Alexandra Cavanaugh has joined the firm as an associate, assisting in the firm's representation of clients in litigation matters, including construction and lease disputes, will probate cases, and business disputes involving claims of trade secret misappropriation. Her work encompasses trial preparation, case law research, and the drafting of legal memoranda.
Alexandra earned her J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2025, receiving a merit-based Trustees Scholarship. Her law school activities included the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from Clemson University in 2022.
As a summer associate at the firm, Alexandra gained valuable experience by working closely with partners and other attorneys on a variety of cases. She also served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, as a summer intern at a New Jersey-based law firm, and as a program intern at the Monmouth County Courthouse.
