Natale has been selected by the New Jersey Law Journal for inclusion on its 2025 list of “New Leaders of the Bar.” Joe and his fellow honorees will be recognized at the New Jersey Legal Awards ceremony on October 30, 2025, at the Westin Governor Morris in Morristown.

The New Jersey Law Journal’s New Leaders of the Bar list highlights attorneys yet to reach the age of 40 who bring both notable achievements and outstanding potential to the table in their work in law firms, corporate legal departments, or other types of organizations. Achievements as a practitioner, businessperson, organization leader and member of the legal community in New Jersey are all considered.

Joe concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. He is Secretary of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, co-chairing the Membership Committee and serving as assistant editor of the Dictum newsletter. He is a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association, co-chairing the Construction & Surety Committee. He is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association.
