Greenbaum attorneys Glenn Berman, Dennis A. Estis and Joel Clymer will be speakers at the full-day seminar “2025 ADR Day – Proven Strategies to Get Better Results in Mediation and Settlement,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. The program will also be available for online viewing.

Judge Berman will be a panelist for a session on recent developments and case law related to mediation and arbitration, while Joel and Dennis will address ADR in employment disputes and construction law dispute resolution, respectively.   

Judge Berman focuses his practice on mediation, arbitration, and discovery management of complex family, commercial, estate/probate, real estate and general equity matters. His practice also encompasses special master services, settlement conferences and law enforcement investigations.

Dennis concentrates his practice on condominium and community association law and complex commercial litigation. He is an American Arbitration Association trained mediator and arbitrator and sits on the AAA’s national panel.

Joel primarily focuses on employment litigation and counseling. He provides representation from pre-litigation status through trial in state and federal court, including the defense of clients in appellate court proceedings.
