John D. North, Chair of the firm’s Litigation, will be a presenter at the “2025 Trial Bootcamp: Master the Art of Trial Advocacy” on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The program, a joint presentation of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the American College of Trial Lawyers, will be held at the New Jersey Law Center and will also be available for online viewing.
The 2025 Trial Bootcamp is an intensive, one-day program designed to elevate courtroom performance for attorneys at all experience levels. Led by distinguished judges and seasoned trial lawyers from the American College of Trial Lawyers, the event offers practical insights through dynamic panel discussions covering every stage of trial advocacy, including jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examination, handling expert witnesses, and closing arguments. Participants will gain real-world strategies and judicial perspectives to immediately enhance their litigation practice.
John focuses his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on trial practice. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts, including over 75 jury cases to verdict. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
