Stephanie G. Ms. Reckord's litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Her representation of clients includes matters in the areas of banking, employment, family law, trusts & estates, class action defense, consumer fraud, construction and commercial real estate. In the construction law arena, she represents condominium associations and unit owners in construction-related matters including contract disputes, consumer fraud cases and RICO claims. She represents developers in arbitrations and litigation proceedings regarding construction defects, including buildings and heavy construction projects.
