Sean R. McGowan, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, will be a panelist for a seminar on “Financing Programs” at the 2024 Atlantic Builders Convention on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 10:00am – 11:00am. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Mr. McGowan will join in a panel discussion focused on various aspects of residential financing, the real estate market and the economy. Panelists will review industry trends, economic forecasts and the various financing vehicles available.

Mr. McGowan focuses his practice in the area of real estate law. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, and the representation of clients on issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling. He also serves as counsel to one of the major sewerage authorities in the state and has previously served as counsel to other public entities.
