Greenbaum partner Steven G. Mlenak, who co-chairs the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use practice, will be a panelist for the presentation “Harnessing AI in Commercial Real Estate: Trends, Applications & What’s Next.” The dinner program, which will be preceded by a networking hour, will be presented by NAIOP New Jersey on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Berkeley Heights.
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant concept—it’s already reshaping the way business is conducted in commercial real estate. But how far has adoption truly come, and what does the latest data reveal about real-world applications, challenges, and opportunities?
This program will cut through the hype to share what CRE leaders need to know about AI today. Drawing on lessons from early implementations, panelists will highlight practical applications across the industry, explore what the data shows about effective use, and outline how professionals can build the digital skills required to stay ahead.
Key Takeaways for attendees include:
- AI Integration in CRE – How organizations are applying AI to improve operations and outcomes.
- Trends in AI Deployment – Emerging patterns in adoption and data-driven approaches.
- Practical Applications – Real examples of AI in CRE, from analytics and asset management to tenant engagement.
- Data Utilization Strategies – Using data effectively to support AI tools and decision-making.
- Digital Upskilling – Preparing teams and individuals for success in an AI-driven environment.
