Greenbaum partners Barry S. Goodman and Conor J. Hennessey will present the “NJ Legal Update” session at the Triple Play REALTOR® Convention & Trade Expo on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 10:30am-12:00pm. The session will be in Room 403 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Barry and Conor will provide an update on New Jersey legal issues affecting all licensees. The session will be followed by a brief question-and-answer period.

Barry is Chief Counsel for NJ REALTORS® and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Brokerage practice. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in real estate and real estate brokerage issues and municipal law. His experience also encompasses antitrust suits and corporate shareholder and partnership disputes.

Conor is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Brokerage practice. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation involving real estate transactions and real estate brokerage law. In the specialized area of real estate brokerage law, Conor has significant experience including the litigation and mediation of business disputes on behalf of brokerages and claims brought against real estate licensees. He represents brokers and salespersons before the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and local real estate boards and provides guidance to clients on general brokerage issues.
