Live Webinar
9:00am – 4:30pm

Greenbaum attorneys Steven Firkser and Michael J. Coskey will be on the faculty for the webinar “New Jersey Land Use and Zoning from Start to Finish,” which will be presented on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, from 9:00am – 4:30pm by the National Business Institute (NBI).

The agenda for this full day guide to land use and zoning approvals and related issues will cover a broad range of topics.  Mr. Mlenak will present two segments devoted to navigating the land use approval process, and ethical issues in zoning and land use law. Mr. Coskey will present two segments focusing on challenging/defending the constitutionality of zoning and land use actions, and navigating uncharted waters related to short-term rentals, including Airbnb and Vrbo zoning and land use issues. Additional program segments will address the fundamentals of land use and zoning (including a case law update), variances and conditional use permits, and local/regional/state considerations related to appealing zoning decisions.
