NJSBA 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention

Greenbaum partner Jemi Goulian Lucey will moderate and lecture the session “The Regulation of Higher Education Institutions and the Impact on the On-Campus Experience” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention. The program is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 1:30pm -3:30 pm, at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

This program will examine a range of legal challenges currently affecting higher education, particularly those shaped by the regulatory framework governing colleges and universities. Topics will include free speech and the First Amendment, antisemitism, Title IX, immigration, and more. It will include law school representatives and private practitioners.

Jemi co-chairs the NJSBA Higher Education Special Committee and is co-chair of the firm’s Higher Education practice. She is an experienced trial attorney and legal counselor who focuses her practice on employment law, complex commercial and business litigation, and higher education law. Jemi represents a broad range of private and public sector clients, including colleges and universities.
