Greenbaum partner Sean R. McGowan, who co-chairs the firm’s Real Estate practice, will be a panelist for a seminar on “The State of Redevelopment: Multifamily and Mixed-Use,” which will be hosted by Real Estate New Jersey on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, beginning at 9:00am at The Highlawn in West Orange. The firm is pleased to be a Gold Sponsor of this program.
Leading developers and other professionals in New Jersey’s commercial real estate sector will explore key themes in mixed-use and multifamily development in New Jersey, from market-rate and affordable housing to NJ Transit’s push to monetize parcels around its train stations. The speakers will provide their insights on the latest in development, tenant demand, and other trends in warehouse and logistics spaces. Sean will participate in a panel discussion on transit-oriented development in New Jersey, with a second panel focusing on local land use issues.
Sean focuses his practice in real estate law. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, and the representation of clients on issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling. He also serves as counsel to one of the major sewerage authorities in the state and has previously served as counsel to other public entities.
Registration and more details on program participants can be found on the Real Estate New Jersey website.
