Greenbaum attorneys Steven Nudelman and Justine A. DelVecchio will present the live webinar  “Making Changes to Construction Contracts” on Monday, March 11, 2024, from 11:00am – 1:00pm. The program, hosted by Halfmoon Education, will also be available on-demand.

Mr. Nudelman is Chair of the firm’s Construction Contracting & Risk Management Practice Group and a partner in the Litigation and Real Estate Departments. He concentrates his practice in construction law. For over 25 years he has represented members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters. On the transactional side, Mr. Nudelman works with owners and developers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals to prepare and negotiate contract documents for construction in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. He has wide-ranging experience in construction litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts throughout the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area, as well as in local and international mediations and arbitrations.  

Ms. DelVecchio is an associate in the Real Estate & Redevelopment & Land Use Departments, where she assists in the firm’s representation of clients in transactions involving commercial and residential properties, including acquisitions, sales and leases.  Her work encompasses the drafting of transactional documents, oversight of title reviews, and due diligence. In the specialized area of community association law, Ms. DelVecchio assists in the drafting of contracts for association clients and their vendors, including those related to construction projects, as well as in the production of amendments to association governing documents including bylaws, master deeds and resolutions.
