Live Webinar
9:00am – 1:00pm

Greenbaum attorneys Michael R. Casale, Tamires M. Oliveira and Barry S. Sobel, members of the firm’s Family Law practice, will be panelists for the webinar “The Fab Four and Lepis – Hot Tips for Navigating the Many Areas of Post-Judgment Family Law Practice,” to be presented on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 9:00am – 1:00pm by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Even after the ink dries on a family court judgment, the real work often begins on what can amount to a "long and winding road." Retirement, cohabitation, income changes, and parenting time disputes don’t pause for paperwork. For New Jersey attorneys navigating the shifting terrain of post-judgment family law, staying sharp is not optional – it’s essential. This presentation is designed to deliver practical insights and timely strategies for handling the most common – and complex – issues that arise after judgment is entered and the divorce is over.

Judge Casale focuses on mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences and discovery management in areas including family law and also encompasses consultation and trial strategy in child custody, relocation, child support and domestic violence matters.

Tammi represents clients in divorce and separation proceedings, providing support on issues related to child custody and child support, alimony, marital settlement agreements, domestic partnerships, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence cases, the valuation and distribution of marital assets, and post-judgment enforcement and modification applications.

Barry’s practice concentrates primarily on the representation of clients in complex matrimonial litigation. His work encompasses a broad range of issues, including those related to divorce, spousal and child support, custody, and domestic violence. He has experience with cutting-edge concerns at the forefront of family law, including those related to cohabitation, retirement, and child relocation.
