Ms. Hyde assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation and corporate transactions related to trademark matters. Her work encompasses assisting with trademark applications, trademark enforcement, and brand protection matters. This includes conducting trademark searches, preparing trademark opinion letters, filing U.S. trademark applications and renewals with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), assisting in the transfer of ownership of intellectual property, and responding to office action letters.
On the litigation front, Ms. Hyde assists in trial preparation and has growing experience in conducting research and drafting legal memoranda. She has attended depositions and trials and provided additional support in various areas of the firm's litigation practice.
