Throughout the years, the firm has proactively recruited through minority job fairs and student groups such as the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, the Black Law Students Association, and the Latin American Law Students Association. We were a founding member of the New Jersey Law Firm Group, a non-profit organization assisting minority students attending Seton Hall and Rutgers Law Schools in obtaining employment.

The firm has historically supported and encouraged our attorneys to participate in professional associations established to advance the progress and development of women and minorities, both within and beyond the legal industry. These have included the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, the Hispanic Bar Association, the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association Women in the Profession Section, CREW Network, Executive Women of New Jersey, and the Financial Women’s Association.

Here on the home front, we established the firm’s Women’s Leadership Forum to support and mentor the advancement of professional women through educational and networking opportunities.
