Corporate: Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in corporate and business law, including mergers & acquisitions, financing transactions, and contract drafting and negotiation.  Experience in health care law is helpful. 

Trusts & Estates: Attorney experienced in handling complex tax, estate planning, trusts and estates administration and litigation, elder care and ERISA matters.  Candidate should have graduated from top law school.  LLM in taxation and NJ & NY bar admissions preferred.  This position offers opportunity for professional growth and client enhancement in a mutually respectful and collegial environment.

Open Positions: Administrative

Legal E-Billing Coordinator: Full-time opportunity in our Iselin, NJ office. A minimum of 3+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm is required. The Legal Billing Coordinator is primarily responsible for billing and e-billing.  Must have a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.  Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of LMS billing, and File Site is a plus. Annual salary will be based on prior experience, no more than $50,000 FIRM.  35 hours per week with a 9am to 5pm schedule, M-F, with flexibility for overtime, if needed.  Clearance of standard background check required prior to an offer of employment.
