Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid): Seeking a paralegal with 3-5+yrs experience as a litigation paralegal. This position requires experience with large, document intensive tasks. Qualified candidates must have BA/BS and possess excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, maintenance, review, processing, and production of litigation discovery. This position is in our family law department, located in our Roseland, NJ office. Practice specific training will be provided. Position allows for hybrid schedule and includes signing bonus.

Tax, Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Hybrid): Seeking an experienced T&E paralegal for our Woodbridge office. Must possess strong estate administration experience and an understanding of fiduciary accounting and estate tax and fiduciary income tax return preparation. Litigation Legal Secretary: Seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary for our Iselin, NJ office. Please note this is an in-office position. Ideal candidate must have solid experience supporting several attorneys and be a team player to help others, as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing day to day administrative support to the practice group(s) to which you are assigned. Assist in creating, editing, proofreading, and processing of legal documents. Manage practice calendars, maintain legal files, and assist with overflow work. A minimum of 4 years litigation experience as a legal secretary is required. Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, strong technical and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and possess a strong work ethic.
