Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid) - Seeking a paralegal with 3-5+yrs experience as a litigation paralegal. This position requires experience with large, document intensive tasks. Qualified candidates must have BA/BS and possess excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, maintenance, review, processing, and production of litigation discovery. This position is in our family law department, located in our Roseland, NJ office. Practice specific training will be provided. Position allows for hybrid schedule.

Legal Secretary/Assistant: Seeking a legal assistant with at least 5 years of legal secretarial experience in family law, a strong work ethic, outstanding organizational abilities, and solid written, oral, and interpersonal skills to assist a high-volume family/matrimonial law practitioner. This is not a remote position and requires on-site reporting at our Red Bank, NJ location. The ideal candidate will work closely with the supervising practitioner and must be familiar with matrimonial law processes, be skilled in trial preparation and litigation, be able to effectively communicate with clients, adversaries, and the courts, and be familiar with the JEDS and eCourts filing systems. Proficiency with Office 365 software, time entry, document management systems, and e-filing is required. Candidates must be able to work independently while understanding the critical importance of teamwork. We provide a competitive pay and benefits package.
