Marketing Associate: Seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Marketing & Business Development Department. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing team to build and strategize new marketing campaigns.

 Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Associate will play an important role in enhancing the capabilities of the firm’s marketing team to support approximately 100 attorneys focused in numerous areas of practice. Working under the direct supervision of the firm’s Director of Marketing and Assistant Director of Marketing, the Marketing Associate will be expected to assume a broad and varied range of marketing tasks as a member of the team, assisting in the implementation of numerous marketing activities, to include:

Qualifications

Candidates must be very detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to juggle competing deadlines with strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple team members. They should possess excellent writing/editing skills and ability to communicate persuasively and concisely. They must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a highly collaborative team. Candidates should have a professional demeanor.

Technical Skills

MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM

Education/Experience

BS preferred but not required. Prior experience in the field of legal marketing or communications is a plus.

Legal Litigation Secretary: We have an excellent FT employment opportunity in the Family Law & Litigation Departments at our Roseland, NJ office. This position provides high-level secretarial support to three attorneys. Qualified candidates must be proficient with all aspect of legal litigation support, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have the following essential skills and competencies required to apply for this position:

Family Law / Matrimonial Paralegal: Seeking a paralegal with 5+yrs experience in matrimonial law. Qualified candidates must have BA/BS. This position is fast-paced and requires a self-starter who can maintain effective relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients successfully in a high-pressure environment. You will be responsible for daily handling of all aspects of family law matters. Tasks include: the preparation of Case Information Statements and Child Support Guidelines; the drafting of discovery responses and subpoenas; the compiling and indexing of documents; and the preparation of trial binders and trial readiness.
