Family Law Paralegal – Full-time position at our Toms River office with relocation to Red Bank in Spring 2020.  Seeking an experienced family law paralegal. Applicants should have a BA/BS along with 3+ years of prior experience.  We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Sr. Legal Litigation Secretary – Full-time position at our Roseland office.  Ideal candidate must be a seasoned legal litigation secretary with 5+ years’ experience providing intermediate to complex administrative and legal support to attorneys.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in day-to-day operations of attorney practices.  The required skills set includes a strong work ethic, uses good judgement, excellent phone/communication skills, friendly/courteous demeanor and works well with others. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of LMS billing, E-billing and File Site is a plus.  Regular and timely attendance is required. Hours: M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility for overtime, if needed.  Salary: commensurate with experience, expected to be in the low to mid 60’s FIRM.  Benefits include medical, vision, dental, FSA, life, long term disability insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off policy.   Clearance of standard background check required prior to an offer of employment.
