Ms. Bronson devotes her practice to handling complex matrimonial matters, including divorce, custody, alimony and child support, prenuptial agreements, mediation, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and post judgment matters. Over the course of her 25 years in family law practice, Ms. Bronson has developed a sophisticated understanding and knowledge of financial matters, including those related to privately held businesses, complex valuation matters, corporate benefits (stock options, restricted stock, deferred benefit plans, and retirement benefits) as well as support related issues. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.
Recognized for her ability to draft precise and detailed agreements, Ms. Bronson is often called upon to assist in the negotiation and drafting documents including property settlement and support agreements, custody and parenting agreements, premarital agreements and cohabitation agreements. She has been appointed guardian ad litem by courts in matrimonial cases.
Ms. Bronson has been involved in many high profile cases. She represents all of her clients with sensitivity and practicality.
