Christine F. Li is the organizer and moderator of the ”2019 Community Association Law Summit,” to be presented at the New Jersey Law Center on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 9:00am – 4:30pm.  This popular and highly-acclaimed program, which is being offered for the ninth consecutive year, will be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section and the Community Associations Institute, New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ).

Ms. Li and a panel of distinguished community association practitioners and consultants will analyze key issues faced today by community associations. The discussion will include current and controversial topics such as evaluating fraud risks, managing technology issues, and accommodating religious expression.  The lunchtime presentation will be a discussion of common interest housing of the future and preparing for development such as charging stations, robotics, 3D printing and driverless cars.

Ms. Li is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department.  She is co-Chair of the Community Association Practice Group and Chair of the Planned Real Estate Practice Group.  She focuses her practice in real estate, with a concentration in planned real estate development law and condominium law.
