Other program segments will focus on New Jersey’s 2025 construction lien law; regulation changes impacting home improvement contractors; emerging legal challenges in construction agreements related to AI, smart contracts and digital risks; OSHA compliance and workplace safety issues; new case law and strategies impacting liability in construction defect matters; public project compliance issues; and ethical issues in the practice of construction law.
