NJSBA 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention

Robert B. Hille, a partner in the firm’s Healthcare and Litigation Practices, will moderate and be a panelist for a presentation on “AI’s Impact On Corporate Counsel and Businesses: Key Strategies & Insights” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention. The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 15 from 10:30am – 11:45am at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

This engaging panel discussion is tailored for corporate counsel and business leaders navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) in the legal realm. This program will equip attendees with critical updates on AI technologies, evolving regulatory frameworks, and ethical considerations that impact organizations. Key topics include an overview of existing legal frameworks—addressing issues such as data protection, intellectual property, and liability—as well as strategies for leveraging AI tools to enhance business operations while ensuring regulatory compliance. In addition, the program will examine best practices for ethical AI deployment with a focus on bias mitigation, transparency, and accountability.

Bob is a past President of the NJSBA. He focuses his practice in litigation, with a particular emphasis on trial advocacy. His areas of concentration include insurance, healthcare law, professional liability and ethics, and white-collar criminal matters, including those related to professional ethics. He has extensive trial expertise that encompasses insurance defense and coverage cases, healthcare disputes, professional liability defense, fraud and abuse, and regulatory issues. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
