Steven Nudelman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a presenter for the CLE ethics webcast “All About the Fee Arbitration Process," which will precede the Middlesex County Bar Association’s 15th Annual Practice Area Awards Recognition virtual ceremony on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 3:00pm – 4:30pm.
The program will provide an up-close look at the Fee Arbitration system and how it operates in District VIII (Middlesex County). Topics will include:

- The Hearing
- The Determination
- Right to Appeal the Determination
Mr. Nudelman, who concentrates his practice in construction law, was recently appointed Chair of the District VIII Fee Arbitration Committee for Middlesex County by the New Jersey Supreme Court. For over two decades he has represented members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters. He has defended and asserted claims on behalf of owners, developers, condominium associations, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors and sureties involved in public and private construction projects throughout the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area.
