Construction claims, which typically arise from disagreements, failed obligations, or violations on construction contracts, can be challenging and time-consuming. Failure to effectively manage and resolve such disputes can have a profound effect on a project’s lifecycle and deter good relationship between parties.  In order to reduce the risk of claims and underlying pitfalls, it is essential to have an in-depth understanding of the contract as well as the potential dispute causations. All parties must be proactive in utilizing effective risk mitigation program and dispute resolution methods to avoid further complexities.
