Steven Nudelman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be on the faculty for the seminar “Construction Law Fundamentals,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 1:00pm – 4:35pm at the Westin in Mt. Laurel. 

Mr. Nudelman will present a segment examining various legal issues and the litigation of contract disputes, including:

The seminar will also cover a general overview of construction players and contract relationships, public and private bidding and bond concerns, key contract provisions from a general contractor’s perspective, the sub-contractor’s perspective and key contract provisions, and the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration, litigation and mediation.

Mr. Nudelman concentrates his practice in construction law and the representation of members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters.  His clients include owners, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and suppliers involved in public and private construction projects throughout New Jersey.  He also represents community associations, unit owners and developers in lawsuits involving construction defects, budgeting and financing issues, and condominium governance.
