Darren C. Barreiro, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will serve as a moderator/panelist for a breakout session on “Communications and Jury Selection Exercises” at the Magna Legal Services Crisis Management: Part III CLE event, which will be held on May 11 & 12, 2017 at the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. The program, designed for claims executives, in-house counsel and litigators, features an interactive mock crisis workshop and topical speaker discussion panels.
In a mock crisis scenario involving a high profile federal lawsuit, moderators will receive juror information and participate in a mini voir dire to select the best jurors for their case, which other participants prepare for and take part in an interview with an investigative reporter.
