Mark H. Sobel will be a speaker at a presentation on “Ethical Issues Facing the Bench and Bar in the Family Part,” and will focus on the ethical considerations in the contentious world of divorce, as well as a roundtable conversation exploring the role of judges, the impact of the internet, and other issues. The seminar, a part of this year’s New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting in Atlantic City, NJ, is presented by the Bar’s Family Law Section.
Mr. Sobel has served as chair of the Family Law Section’s Executive Committee and as chair of the Alimony and Child Support Subcommittee. He is a past recipient of the Tischler Award from the Family Law Section. He is co-managing partner of the firm, a partner in our Litigation Department, and chair of the Family Law Practice Group. He focuses his practice on litigation matters, primarily in the area of family law, and complex commercial litigation.
