Greenbaum partner Mary Toscano Carpenito will be a presenter for the online seminar “Forensics on the Front Line: Unmasking Fraud in Civil and Criminal Litigation,” which will be presented by the Essex County Bar Foundation on the Zoom platform on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.

Mary is the current Vice President and a former trustee of the Essex County Bar Association (ECBA) . As Chair of the firm’s Criminal Defense & Regulatory Compliance practice, she focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations and complex civil litigation and has tried numerous cases to verdict. Her work encompasses the defense of clients in criminal investigations, RICO actions, contract and business disputes, and allegations of legal malpractice.
