Greenbaum partner Fay L. Szakal will be a panelist for the presentation “Grow with Change: Building Community Connections,” which will be hosted by the Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce (WMCC) on Thursday, January 22, 2026 from 11:00am – 2:00pm at the Provident Bank MetroTop in Iselin. The program will begin at 12:30pm following networking and lunch.
Fay and her fellow panelists will discuss a variety of topics to help attendees and their organizations meet their business objectives. The agenda will include guidelines for working with artificial intelligence (AI), tips for small businesses, the importance of community partnerships, and the fiduciary duties of trustees and board members.
Fay focuses her legal practice on corporate, real estate, employment and healthcare transactions. Her work includes the drafting and negotiation of corporate agreements and contracts, including those related to mergers and acquisitions of business entities, corporate and company formation, real estate and redevelopment matters, healthcare and private equity deals, financing matters, and other commercial transactions.
