Nancy Isaacson, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a panelist at the 2021 Honorable William H. Gindin Bench Bar Conference, which will be held this year as a virtual online event on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 9:00am – 3:30pm.  This year’s conference will be hosted by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey.

Ms. Isaacson will participate in a breakout session addressing the “Ins and Outs of Confirming a Chapter 11 Plan: How to Confirm a Chapter 11 Plan Whether Individual, Complex, Small Business or Subchapter V” which is scheduled for 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM.  

Hundreds of bankruptcy practitioners, judges, trustees and staff attend this annual conference, which features presentations addressing the latest practice pointers, policy and rule changes, case law and more.

Ms. Isaacson focuses her practice in bankruptcy and insolvency, with an emphasis on trustee and creditor rights law. She serves as a Chapter 7 trustee for debtors in federal bankruptcy proceedings and has represented appellants in cases before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She has achieved a national profile in her area of practice through her involvement in a number of large bankruptcy matters representing tort claimants and landlords. She is an approved mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey. She is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Practice Group.
