Webinar
12:30pm – 1:30pm

Christine F. Li, Co-Chair of the firm’s Community Association Practice Group and Chair of the Planned Real Estate Practice Group, will participate in an educational program titled “Ladies of LAC,” which will be presented as a live webinar on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 12:30pm – 1:30pm by the New Jersey chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ).

The presentation will feature Ms. Li and other female representatives of CAI-NJ’s New Jersey Legislative Action Committee (LAC) in a discussion of current legislative topics that are directly impacting the community association industry and the Committee’s work.

CAI-NJ is celebrating International Women's Week – March 8-12, 2021 – with a series of networking and educational programs focused on defining what it means to be a strong leader. The programming is part of the “2021 Act Like a Lady Think Like a Boss Retreat,” sponsored by the CAI-NJ Women's Leadership Committee.

Ms. Li focuses her practice in real estate, with a concentration in planned real estate development law and condominium law.  Her work encompasses new construction condominium and subdivided lot communities, the conversion of rental properties to the condominium form of ownership, mixed-use developments, commercial and business condominiums, workouts of distressed communities, community association law, and the registration of planned real estate developments with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA).  Her community association representation includes general counseling, collections, and alternative dispute resolution.

Additional information and registration details can be found on CAI-NJ's website.
