Live Webinar
9:00am – 12:35pm

Steven Nudelman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Departments, will be a co-moderator, speaker and program coordinator for a live webinar on “Laws Affecting Residential Real Estate Construction in New Jersey,” to be presented on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 9:00am – 12:35pm by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

This new NJICLE seminar will offer perspectives of both the homeowner and the contractor as they discuss issues that come along with residential and new home construction in New Jersey, the new home warranty and claims under the Consumer Fraud Act. There will also be discussion of other responsible parties (architect, home inspector, etc.) that may be involved in litigation involving the residential construction projects.

Mr. Nudelman is Chair of Greenbaum’s Construction Contracting & Risk Management Practice Group and a member of the Construction Disputes Practice Group. For over 25 years he has represented members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters. On the transactional side, he works with owners and developers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals to prepare and negotiate contract documents for construction in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. This work helps his clients manage the risk inherent in construction projects so they may adequately protect their interests now to avoid claims and disputes in the future. When claims and disputes are unavoidable, Mr. Nudelman draws upon his wide-ranging experience in construction litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts and in local and international mediations and arbitrations.
