Barbara J. Koonz, a partner in the firm’s Environmental Department, will be a panelist for the seminar “Legal Trends in Environmental Law,” to be presented at the 2023 Atlantic Builders Convention on Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 10:00am – 11:30am.
Legislation, regulations and court decisions relating to environmental issues continue to modify the legal framework within which real estate is developed. Ms. Koonz will join a panel of environmental attorneys to examine the most recent significant changes and discuss their implications for the future.
Ms. Koonz focuses her practice in the areas of environmental and energy law, with an emphasis on environmental permitting and compliance, renewable and clean energy projects, and A-901 licensing. She chairs the firm’s Energy, Renewable Resources & Sustainable Development Practice Group.
