W. Raymond Felton, co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department, will present a NJICLE seminar on “Nuts & Bolts of New Jersey Small Business in 2013 & 2014.” The program is scheduled for November 13, 2013 at the NJ Law Center, from 6:00-9:00pm
Mr. Felton will address a broad range of business law basics in his presentation, including the different types of business entities, issues related to business formation, and tips on drafting operating, shareholder and partnership agreements.
Mr. Felton’s practice focuses in the areas of corporate, LLC and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions through both the public and private equity and debt markets. He represents both start-up and emerging companies and established entities across a variety of industries. Mr. Felton also represents issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings and counsels clients concerning corporate governance and SEC compliance issues such as Sarbanes Oxley.
