Emily A. Kaller, a partner in the Litigation Department, will moderate an Executive Women's Breakfast Program on "Social Media Chatter at Work: Do’s and Don’ts" on September 18, 2013. The program is sponsored by Sobel & Co. and will featur panelists Alix R. Rubin, Esq., Catherine Wells, Esq., and Lisa Fried-Grodin, Esq. 

Ms. Kaller's practice focuses on commercial litigation, including disputes arising under licensing agreements, asset sale agreements, financing and credit facilities, and environmental litigation. She has also represented financial institutions in consumer class actions. Ms. Kaller has extensive experience in appellate practice before the New Jersey Supreme Court, Appellate Division and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Her work in chancery practice includes estate litigation, claims for injunctive relief in business disputes, shareholder disputes and restrictive covenants.

Ms. Kaller is Chair of the firm’s Women's Leadership Forum.  She is also the Immediate Past Chair of the Women in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association;  Former Co-Chair of the Financial Women’s Association New Jersey Committee (2010-2011 term).  She serves as an appointed member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts for the 2010-2012 and 2012-2014 terms, and as Vice-Chair of the Committee's Bar Education Subcommittee.
