NJSBA 2018 Annual Meeting and Convention, Atlantic City
10:00am – 11:15am

Emily A. Kaller, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, is a panelist for a program on “The Confidence Gap,” to be presented at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2018 Annual Meeting and Convention, which takes place May 16-18, 2018 at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City.  Ms. Kaller’s program is scheduled for Thursday, May 17 from 10:00am – 11:15am.

Confidence is as important to success as competence. However, many women and solo attorneys may experience a confidence gap in their practice that hinders their ability to try new legal strategies, stand up to difficult adversaries, judges or colleagues, or ask for a well-deserved raise from their bosses. This program will help you understand your personality type to play to your strengths and overcome the confidence gap to make you a more successful and effective lawyer.

Ms. Kaller's practice focuses on commercial litigation. She has experience in the prosecution and defense of financing, credit and other banking matters, contract disputes including those arising under licensing and asset sale agreements, environmental contamination contribution actions, and complex litigation.
