Greenbaum Real Estate partner Ann M. Waeger, will addresses the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) at its Annual CLE Meeting in Chicago on October 19, 2012.

The presentation, titled “Sharpest Tool in the Shed - Really!: Using Environmental Insurance to Manage Risks” will provide an overview of the current environmental insurance market and available coverage, as well as strategies and practical tips for the negotiation of policy terms. Ms. Waeger is a Fellow in ACREL, a highly selective professional association of real estate attorneys. Her co-presenters for the program are attorney Michele Schroeder (Environmental Risk Inc.) and Howard Tollin (Sterling Environmental Services). Ms. Waeger’s practice encompasses the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate, the formation of business entities and the financing of industrial and commercial real property and business assets. She has a special focus on environmental issues in the transactional setting, including leases and agreements of sale, and the use of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool.
