Joseph A. Natale, an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Healthcare, Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use practices, will be a panelist for the presentation “What You Need to Know About Trust Accounting and Law Firm Planning” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention. The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 15 from 1:15pm – 2:45pm at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.
This seminar will be a discussion focused on trust accounting, how to structure a firm and what to do when it is time to wrap up, all through the lens of ethics.
Joe will be installed as Secretary of the NJSBA’s Young Lawyers Division at this year’s Annual Meeting. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. His work on behalf of clients encompasses all aspects of pre-trial, trial, chancery and appellate litigation at both the state and federal levels, as well as in private arbitration and administrative law forums. He provides representation to a diverse range of clients, including large and middle market businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, construction contractors, healthcare providers, professional services firms and local government entities.
