Waeger, Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Department, has been selected to receive the 2018 Hall of Fame Award from the New Jersey Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW NJ). Ms. Waeger will be honored at CREW NJ’s 35th Anniversary Gala on Thursday, November 29, 2018. The event will be held at The Palace at Somerset Park from 6:30pm – 9:00pm.

Ms. Waeger has been an active and dedicated member of CREW Network and CREW NJ since 1997. She is a past President of CREW NJ and a former Director of both CREW Network and CREW NJ. She has served three terms as a professional mentor in CREW Network’s national Leadership Certificate Program and was inducted into the CREW Network Foundation Women of Vision Program in 2016. Ms. Waeger’s legal practice encompasses the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate, the formation of business entities and the financing of industrial and commercial real property and business assets. She has a special focus on environmental issues in the transactional setting, including leases and agreements of sale, and the use of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool. Her clients include leading real estate developers, property and business owners, landlords, tenants, manufacturers, lenders, and REITS.
