Mr. Greenbaum focuses on real estate brokerage and trade association law. He represents numerous prominent builders and developers of residential and commercial real estate, real estate brokers, and commercial landlords and tenants in New Jersey. He has broad experience in representing lending institutions and title companies, and he has been hands-on counselor in the planning and development of residential projects consisting of many thousands of units.
Mr. Greenbaum was the first recipient of the Monmouth University Real Estate Institute Leadership Excellence Award (1994) and received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Monmouth University in 1996. In 2005 he received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark and in 2007 he was the recipient of the Industry Service Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NJ-NAIOP). Mr. Greenbaum is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
